"concentration levels were great" | Scott McKenna
“It was a difficult game for us. We gave up a lot of possession to sit in our shape and frustrate them and we did that.
“We maybe could have nicked it at the end with Stevie’s header, but overall a draw was probably a fair result. They had the bulk of possession in the game and we just sat in and frustrated them and tried to hit them on the break.
“The concentration levels were great. We tried to force them down the outsides and stop the crosses at source. We stuck to our guns and maybe on another day we could have nicked it with the chances we had.
“Our two full backs were excellent. Max actually dealt with three different wingers during the game. That is difficult especially when they came on fresh, but Max was brilliant and didn’t allow them any space at all.
“Dom was excellent again. He has been brilliant since he came into the team in that right back position.
“First half we didn’t really put our own stamp on the game as much as we would have liked but in the second half, we broke forward a couple of times and it was more like us going forward.
But in terms of everyone working hard to try and keep the ball out of our net, I thought everyone to a man was brilliant.
“Celtic have always got good attacking options and always try to play attacking football so when we come here, we’ve got to try and frustrate them and maybe nick something at the other end.
“It’s another clean sheet against the Old Firm. I feel every game we’re playing we seem to get better and better against them. We’ll just try to go into the game with confidence rather than fear.
“We need to express ourselves at the top end of the park.
“We’ve had two draws against the Rangers and Celtic in the last couple of games and we’ve already beaten Rangers twice in Glasgow this season so we are looking forward to Tuesday and it’s a game that we fully believe we can win. If we turn up we know we’ve got a good chance of winning.
“Our record against Rangers is slightly better so that’ll give us more confidence going into the game, but you’ve got to concentrate fully in these games or they’ll roll you over.
“Every game you play against Morelos is going to be tough, but you’ve got to look forward to that. As a player you want to play against the best players in the league and enjoy coming up against them.”
“It helps us massively staying down in Glasgow as it takes six to twelve hours of driving out the legs and we can really concentrate on recovery. We did it earlier in the season after the cup final and we got a positive result on the back end of that at Ibrox so hopefully it can be the same on Tuesday.”
