“It feels great to be here, I am happy to get the deal over the line and hopefully I can do my bit for the team.

“It has been a busy 24 hours, I drove up from Wolverhampton yesterday, it was a long journey! I am glad to be here now, and I want to get my head down and to start training as soon as possible.

“I have had a look around Cormack Park and the facilities are good. It is a good set up here and I really like it. Everyone has made me feel really welcome.

“I knew there was interest from Aberdeen last week and when my agent said that they wanted to make the move happen I knew I wanted to come here. I was really excited when my agent said the move was going to happen.

“I was listening to the game at the weekend, to see what the score was and when Aberdeen got the equaliser, I was excited and was cheering the goal in my car!

“I have worked with Allan Russell before; he came to Wolves to do a striker session a couple of years ago. I remember him from the England videos as well which I used to watch all of the time.

“I am excited to work with him on a daily basis and I am hoping he can really excel my game and make me a better player.

“I like making runs in behind the defence, I back myself to score. I know there is room for improvement, but I do back myself in front of goal. I am direct with the ball as well.

“There is an option for Aberdeen to purchase me at the end of the season. I just want to get my head down and as time goes on, I will see how I feel. It would be something that I will definitely consider.

“I cant play on Thursday night unfortunately but I am going to be at Pittodrie to cheer on the lads. Hopefully we can get the win so I can get the chance to be involved in European football. It would be great for the club as well to have European football until at least Christmas.

“Hopefully I will be involved on Sunday so I can see the fans and show them what I can do.”
