“Results are not going our way, especially in the last game. In this moment, everything seems that it goes against us but we need to stay together as a group, we need to believe, because there is still a lot of games until the end of the season so we need to support each other. The fans need to support us as well now in the difficult moment because they support us so well through the whole season, but now we need them more than ever in the most important time.

“Against St. Mirren, it’s always hard when you lose in the last two minutes of the game. We put a lot of effort into this game, we deserved to win it, they very created little, but one penalty changes everything and we were really disappointed afterwards in the dressing room. After a couple of days though, we started looking forward to the cup game.

“Saturday is a huge game for everyone here and for the season. We had the semi-final last season against Rangers, that was my first game at Hampden, then again against Hibs and Rangers again this season, so it’s always nice to play there. But of course, we need to win this game if we want to be there again. It’s a great opportunity for us to turn around the season and go to Hampden again, but we know it is a very difficult game.

“We need to analyse them very well, because Kilmarnock are in good form this season. We need every player to give 200% to win the game. If we win against Kilmarnock then everything can change around. The mood will be better, everything will be better, so we need that moment to change it. There’s still a lot of games to play until the end of the season and the league is still quite close, so Saturday is a very important day to change everything.”
