TRAVELLING TO THE GAME

PARKING

Buses will park in the North Car Park. Once over the bridge at the stadium entry point, buses will be directed by Stewards. There is no public car parking at the stadium. Car parking is available in the town. Be mindful of any parking restrictions.

AWAY STANDS IN USE

Aberdeen FC will be accommodated in the North Stand (brown tickets) and the North extension of the East.

TURNSTILES OPEN

Turnstiles will open at 2.00pm. Please arrive as early as possible to allow for a safe entry. AFC Support will enter via turnstiles 1-4.

DISABLED ACCESS

The accessible entrance is Gate 2.

WEATHER FORECAST

POST MATCH TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

No vehicles should leave the car parks until the pedestrian supporters have cleared the confines of the stadium and passed over the bridge leading to the town. Once this is clear traffic may be released from the car parks.

KIOSKS

Cash and contactless.

Supporters in the North extension of the East Stand and East Stand section will use the kiosks beside East Stand Extension and behind North Stand.

INCURSIONS

THE NORTH STAND IS VERY CLOSE TO THE PITCH. Please do not enter onto the track or field of play unless instructed to do so by Stewards or Police. This can lead to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest.

SMOKING/VAPING

The seating decks and concourses are designated NO SMOKING areas, and this includes E-cigarettes.

DAMAGE

Any damage caused to seating will cost the club, and that includes, toilets and other fitments.

SEARCHING

Supporters should expect to be searched. All bags will be searched. If you don’t need your bag, please don’t take it.

BALACLAVAS

The wearing of full-face coverings such as balaclavas may result in refusal of entry to the ground.

FLAGS

Must conform to the relevant fire regulations. The size of the flag is at the discretion of the club Safety Officer, No surfing flags. No sticks or canes over one metre in length are permitted. No flags to overhang advertising boards or cause obstruction or danger to other members of the public.

MUSICAL INTRUMENTS

Any drums or other musical instruments must be authorised by the host club.

VENUE SECURITY

All spectators are reminded that security is the responsibility of all those at the ground and not just safety and security personnel. If you see something suspicious or unsafe, please report this to the nearest member of Stadium Staff, Steward or Club Staff Member.

THROWING OF OBJECTS

Do not throw any objects towards the pitch or trackside, or towards opposing fans.

PYROTECHNICS PYROTECNIC DETECTING DOGS AND THEIR HANDLERS WILL BE ON DUTY AT THIS GAME.

Do not take pyrotechnic devices to the game. Do not light or throw them. Do not pick up any pyrotechnic devices as you don’t know what type it is. Some explode after flaring or smoking. These can seriously injure you or kill you. Smoke alone can have serious health issues for asthmatics and those with bronchial or other health issues.
It is an offence for a person, without reasonable excuse, to possess a pyrotechnic article while the person is in a public area or at a designated venue or while at a designated event.

GROUND REGULATIONS UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT:- As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated. Any individuals attending the match who are found to have engaged in unacceptable conduct may have disciplinary action taken against them. This may include removal of ticketing privileges for games, removal of season tickets and bans from stadiums for a specified period/or other appropriate sanctions. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges.
Both Clubs operate a zero‐tolerance policy towards racism. Inappropriate/offensive songs should not be sung and dependant on the content, could be followed up by the clubs and Police Scotland.
