Queen’s Park Debut
“It was a big confidence boost scoring on my debut against Queen’s Park. It was my first game, and I got a good start. I don’t remember much about the goal, Sivert passed me the ball and I turned and tried to shoot as quickly as possible. I was super happy.
“It is going to be a really good game. When I made my debut against them it was a super hard game.”
Life Away From the Pitch
“My dog is part of the family. He is 14 months old now and is full of energy. He loves Scotland as well. He loves the nature here a lot.
“The biggest fish I have ever caught is a 9.9kg Pike. I think it was maybe 120cm long! I have been fishing since I was young with my dad. He taught me the secrets of fishing. I love it. It’s so relaxing.
“Even if I know I am not going to catch a single fish I am still going to enjoy my time there. Time goes so fast, it’s so relaxing. There is no need to stress about anything. I have only tried fishing here once. The fishing season has just started again so I will try soon again.”
Representing Finland
“I made my first start for Finland at Wembley, and it was unbelievable. I have followed the Premier League since I was a little kid. To play against players like Saka and Kane was a really good experience. I wasn’t too nervous before the game. I just wanted to enjoy the moment and the game.
“We have qualified for the U21 European Championships with Finland this summer. It is a big achievement for Finnish football. I think its only the second time Finland has qualified for the Euros. If I am selected it’s going to be a camp I have never experienced before, we will be away for a few weeks. It will be different but a good experience.”

Wayne Rooney Tattoo
“My tattoo on my arm… I wanted to get something that is meaningful to me. I am a big fan of Wayne Rooney and of course fishing! One night when I was planning my tattoo it just came together. If I knew it was going to be this big thing, and I get asked about it so much I would’ve maybe gone with something different.
“I didn’t expect the reaction it got online. It has got like 160k likes on Instagram. I haven’t heard anything from Wayne Rooney. Hopefully one day. I want to get some new tattoos, but it will take a lot to get better than this one!”
Living in Scotland
“I think I’ve adapted to Scottish football well. It was what I expected, quite direct and a lot of end-to-end football. I didn’t find settling into Aberdeen too hard. I really like the area where we’re living. It’s been nice.
“I don’t set myself any aims between now and the end of the season. I try to play as well as I can and try to win as many games as we can.”
