Ryan Duncan has today joined Championship side Queen’s Park on a season long loan.

The winger, who has been with the AFC Youth Academy since the age of nine, made his first team debut as a substitute at Ibrox in November 2020.

A Scottish Youth Internationalist, Ryan was a stand-out for Barry Robson’s Under 18s side, before he joined Scottish League One side Peterhead on loan in December 2021.

This season he has made three appearances off the bench in the Premier Sports Cup, providing two assists. In total the youngster has now made 16 starts and 37 appearances off the bench for the Dons and scored two first team goals.

The 20-year-old signed a new three-year contract in 2023, keeping him at the Club until at least the summer of 2026. He will now continue his development this campaign working with manager Callum Davidson and former AFC players Barry Nicholson and Steven MacLean who are both coaches Queen’s Park.

Everyone at Pittodrie wishes Ryan all the very best during his time with The Spiders.
