Vacancy | Youth Phase Manager

We have an immediate vacancy for a permanent Youth Phase Manager. The role primarily focuses on leading the development of individuals within the U13s-U16s Phase. The role will involve maximising the pathway from the U15s/U16s Youth Phase and beyond into the full-time Development Phase (U17/18s). The role will also include the responsibility of Head Coach with one of the Youth Academy teams.
Applicants should hold a UEFA Elite Youth A Licence and should have experience of developing & supporting both coaches and Youth Academy players.

This is a Full-time role working 35 hours per week, with requirements for both evening and weekend work.
