We have an immediate vacancy for a permanent Head of Academy Coaching. The role primarily focuses on leading the development of coaching staff and players within the Youth Academy from pre-academy to U16s with specific lead on the implementation of the Youth Academy Development model across all age groups.

Applicants should hold as minimum a UEFA A Licence or UEFA Elite Youth A licence and should have experience of developing both coaches and Youth Academy players.

This is a Full-time role working 35 hours per week, with requirements for both evening and weekend work.
