TRAFFIC

Aberdeen supporters attending the match should make regular checks with Traffic Scotland if they are travelling by road. They should also listen to traffic updates on the radio. Please arrive as early as possible to ensure swift entry to the ground.

PARKING

Supporter’s buses can park on Neish Street. Please be aware of the extensive parking restrictions around the stadium. Wardens will be on duty in the area. Please park outwith the restricted zones.

Parking for Disabled Blue Badge holders available in the following streets:
East side of Provost Road
Both sides of North Isla Street
East side of Hindmarsh Avenue
West side of Arklay Street between Sandeman Street and Strathmore Street

BAGS

Generally, bags are discouraged. If a bag is required, please ensure that it is no larger than 30cm x 30cm.

INCURSIONS

Please do not enter onto the track or field of play unless instructed to do so by Stewards or Police. This can lead to ejection from the stadium and arrest.

THROWING OF OBJECTS

Do not throw any objects, especially over the segregation and trackside fences.

FACE COVERINGS

Full face coverings, such as balaclavas, are not permitted in the stadium.

SMOKING/VAPING

The seating decks and concourses are designated NO SMOKING areas, and this includes E-cigarettes.

DAMAGE

Any damage caused to seating will cost the club, and that includes, signage, toilets and other fitments.

SEARCHING

Supporters should expect to be searched. All bags will be searched. If you don’t need your bag, please don’t take it.

FLAGS

Generally, flags should be no larger than 2m x 1m in size. No surfing flags. Flags and banners must conform to the relevant fire regulations. No flags to overhang advertising boards or cause obstruction or danger to other members of the public. All flags will be examined for content. Flags of an offensive nature will not be permitted.

PYROTECHNICS

Do not take pyrotechnic devices to the game. Do not light or throw them. Do not pick up any pyrotechnic devices as you don’t know what type it is. Some explode after flaring or smoking. These can seriously injure you or kill you. Smoke alone can have serious health issues for asthmatics and those with bronchial or other health issues.

Please be aware of the recently enacted law regarding pyrotechnics. (Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Act 2022) (Prohibition of pyrotechnic articles at designated venues or events).

It is an offence for a person, without reasonable excuse, to possess a pyrotechnic article while the person is in a public area or at a designated venue or while at a designated event.

VENUE SECURITY

All spectators are reminded that security is the responsibility of all those at the ground and not just safety and security personnel. If you see something suspicious or unsafe, please report this to the nearest member of stadium staff, Steward or Club Staff Member.

GROUND REGULATIONS UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT:- As at all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated. Any individuals attending the match who are found to have engaged in unacceptable conduct may have disciplinary action taken against them. This may include removal of ticketing privileges for games, removal of season tickets and bans from stadiums for a specified period/or other appropriate sanctions. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges.
Both Clubs operate a zero‐tolerance policy towards racism. Inappropriate/offensive songs should not be sung and dependant on the content, could be followed up by the clubs and Police Scotland.
