Please note- we have upgraded RedTV to HD. Please ensure your browser and computer are up to date. Should you notice any buffering please select a lower bit-rate using the option panel on the video player. When you connect to the player, it will sit at 360 but should automatically jump to 1080HD, if it does not then you need to use the settings cog on the player to change.
If 1080HD is also giving buffering issues, again use the settings cog to lower to 720HD. Other things that can cause buffering are:
Running ad-blockers
Running anti-virus software
Browser slowing down (safari) or not up to date
Device not able to cope with the full HD
Tv’s that do not have MPEG-DASH via an in-built browser
Local internet issues
Wi-Fi dropping out
