The Aberdeen FC Commercial Department has been restructured to reflect the needs of the Club and its clients. Business Development and generating new business is now seen as distinct from account management, customer service and fulfilment activities, which is covered by account management for seasonal dining, advertising, events and sponsorship clients, and a fulfilments team for official sponsors and partners.

The Club is now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of new business customers through strategic sales of key inventory, including hospitality, advertising, and events.

The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in expanding the Official Partnerships portfolio by presenting and promoting the Club’s commercial proposition to potential partners. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, adept at problem-solving, and possess exceptional soft skills to engage clients and staff effectively.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week plus matchdays and events. The successful candidate will join a passionate and dedicated team committed to driving commercial success for Aberdeen Football Club.
