Message from our colleagues at Turriff United:

Firstly we would appreciate the area in front of the pie shop and toilets being kept clear of standing spectators, although it is a useful vantage point for the pitch, in the interest of keeping the flow of traffic moving from the pie shop and toilets, we would like that area kept as a no standing zone.

We would also appreciate the walkway in front of the main stand being kept clear, this is a narrow walkway which is used as a main thoroughfare to the left side of the pitch, but is also where the players will access the pitch from the tunnel as well as being an area utilised heavily by matchday staff, so to make their jobs as easy as possible we would be grateful if that area was kept as clear as possible.

There will be limited parking at the ground so we would ask any locals who are in a position to do so, to walk down to the ground, or if that is not an option car share where possible.

Extra parking can be accessed at the Sports Centre a short walk from the ground, the swimming pool at the top of the hill, the car park opposite Turriff Academy, and the bypass car park accessed on your right as you travel over the roundabout upon entry to Turriff. We would ask that nobody parks on Queens Road itself as this is the main entry point to Turriff from the Aberdeen side, and is a very busy road with large amounts of traffic passing through regularly.

To cope with the increased attendance we will have extra toilets at the top of the ground past the Chalmers Stand, in addition to the regular toilets behind the goals.

Licensed security stewards will be in operation, and there is a possibility of being searched upon entry to the ground so we would appreciate cooperation in this regard if asked, to keep the queues moving upon entry into the ground.

Stay safe, have fun and we look forward to welcoming you all the The Haughs whether this is your first visit or you are a seasoned regular…enjoy the game!
