[UPDATED 24th November]: This year’s AberDNA souvenir packs are currently expected in mid January. Unfortunately global supply chain issues still ongoing has led to this most recent delay. We share in members frustrations and can only apologise to members for this and are working with suppliers to minimise the impact of this secondary delay.

We will update Members when they have arrived and are available to order and collect.

COLLECTIONS

Once the packs have arrived at Pittodrie, collections will be made available from the Supporter Engagement Cabin located on the Richard Donald Stand Concourse:

Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 5pm

Saturday: 9:30am to 3pm

Matchdays: Open until 10 mins prior to kick off. Unfortunately, you will be unable to collect your pack after the game. Please be aware that queues are expected and allow plenty of time to collect your pack.

Once a seasonal benefit has been claimed for a second time (i.e. Season Ticket Discount, Replica Shirt, Souvenir pack, etc) the member has signed up for an additional 12 months to the membership on top of their original 12 months. This is applicable with every year a seasonal benefit is claimed

DELIVERY

Once the packs have been made available and you are unable to collect from Pittodrie and would like to request postage, please complete the online order process here. Please ensure that your postal address, contact number and e-mail address are up to date on your ticketing account, simply sign-in with your Dons ID.

Please note, due to the volume of orders, packs which are to be posted have an expected delivery date of 10 working days from the date of order. If you do not receive the pack within these timescale, please contact set@afc.co.uk

DONATIONS

If you do not wish to claim your pack, you can donate it to the AFC Community Trust or to the Football Operation, please complete the online order process and select the desired option from the list available.

KIDS PACKS

The delivery of the Kids packs has been delayed by a logistical issue and are currently expected in November. Again, we will update supporters once they have arrived at Pittodrie.

Please note that members eligible for a Kids pack will receive a different Souvenir pack from the Adult Pack.

Youth Members (12-21) can request a Kids pack if they would prefer. To request this please contact set@afc.co.uk or call the Ticket Office on 01224 63 1903

SINGLE SIGN ON

To order your pack, you must be logged into the account of the AberDNA member.

SIMPLIFY THE WAY THAT YOU INTERACT WITH THE CLUB ONLINE.

The Dons Account is a single online account which can be used to access the Club’s sites including our primary website (afc.co.uk), ticketing, retail and RedTV.

Only one account with one password is now required ensuring a more consistent experience when making purchases online and reducing the chances of forgetting passwords or usernames. Fans also now have greater control over how they hear from us through the preference centre.
