Winger to become a Don in the summer

The club is this evening delighted to confirm the signing of St Johnstone midfielder Matty Kennedy on a pre-contract.

The 25-year-old will join the Dons on a three-year deal.

Commenting on the latest signing news Manager Derek McInnes said, “I’m pleased Matty has shown a real desire to join Aberdeen when there were other options available to him.

“Respectfully he remains a St Johnstone player, but I look forward to him joining us in the summer and working with him next season.”
