The club is delighted to reveal that next year’s prestigious Aberdeen FC Player of the Year Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday 30th April 2020.

The event celebrates the outstanding candidates of the season and will again be sponsored by long-term supporters of the club, TEAM Recruitment.

This season’s event promises to be the biggest and best one yet as we head to Aberdeen’s brand-new event complex the P&J Live, where guests will enjoy after dinner entertainment from some of the stars of the Sky Sports Soccer Saturday panel, Jeff Stelling, Chris Kamara and Alan McInally.

Looking ahead to this year’s event, AFC Commercial Director Rob Wicks commented, “The AFC Player of the Year Dinner is a leading fixture in the AFC calendar, not only for those at the club but our supporters alike.

“Each year we welcome over 750 guests at our annual event and this year with the dinner being hosted at Aberdeen’s biggest event space, the P&J Live, we will be able to accommodate an increased number of guests for what we believe will be a truly spectacular occasion as we celebrate the achievements made by the Pittodrie playing staff this season.”

Guests will enjoy a drinks reception, four course meal including wine and first-class entertainment with the AFC first team and management in attendance. The prestigious black-tie event is priced at £1,500 +VAT for a table of 10 and a limited number of individual spaces will also be available to book priced at £150+VAT.

As ever, voting for the prestigious Player of the Year and Goal of the Season awards will open in April, with all AFC supporters encouraged to back the players who have been their exceptional candidates for the season by placing their votes.
