Read the important information before heading off to the capital on Saturday

The weather for Saturday is expected to be sunny with a maximum temperature of 3’C with a 25% chance of rain.

TRAVELLING TO THE STADIUM

Easter Road Stadium is located at 12 Albion Place, Edinburgh, EH7 5QG

The Stadium is situated on the North East side of the City of Edinburgh and is on the east side of Easter Road, in Albion Place/Road. Aberdeen Supporters will be accommodated in the South Stand (West side).  Private vehicle parking is best done to the West of Easter Road and outside the TTRO (Temporary Traffic Restriction Order) area which is enforced on match day.

Supporter’s buses can park on London Road and Regent Road. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from there. The Disabled Supporter’s Group bus can drop off before 2pm and then go and park with the other buses. It can return at an agreed time after the Temporary Traffic Restriction Order (TTRO) has been lifted. This group should liaise with the steward on arrival to agree pick up.

At Murrayfield, Scotland play Italy at 2.30pm on Saturday. 

LEAVE HOME EARLY ENOUGH TO ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME TO GET PARKED. KEEP CLEAR OF MURRAYFIELD AT ALL COSTS.

Everyone will be aware of the expected travel delays ahead of kick off and post match due to the fixture clash.

Please check the internet for ongoing roadworks in Edinburgh.  Some may affect your travel plans depending on your intended route.  Refer to Traffic Scotland to check your route and listen to local radio for updates as you go.

Local Bus Service – The Lothian Region Transport buses depart Princes Street every few minutes and stops in London Road at Easter Road. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Stadium from there. Route maps are located at most bus stops.

Train Service – Edinburgh Waverley is served by trains from all over the country and adjoins Princes Street. The Stadium is about a 20-25 minute walk from Princes Street. There is a taxi rank situated within the Station.

AT THE STADIUM

The Aberdeen FC support will be located in South Lower and Upper (West) in blocks 28, 29, 30 (lower) and 34, 35, 36 (upper). Tickets are for allocated seating.

Aberdeen supporters will enter the South Stand via turnstiles 5, 6, 7 and 8. Turnstiles open at 1.45pm. Tickets are for allocated seating. The other half of the South Stand is occupied by home fans. There will be segregation in place internally and externally. Please do not attempt to obtain tickets for the home areas of the ground. At the end of the game Aberdeen Supporters will be guided right, towards Crawford Bridge.

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

Please do not take any prohibited items, such as pyrotechnic devices, alcohol or anything that can be used as a missile.  Expect to be searched prior to entry.  This is a condition of entry.  Any flags should be of an appropriate nature and will be scrutinised by the Safety Team. No surfing flags are permitted and limited room will be available for larger flags.

At all fixtures, unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated.  Any individuals attending the match who are found to have engaged in unacceptable conduct may have disciplinary action taken against them. This may include removal of ticketing privileges for games, removal of season tickets and bans from stadiums for a specified period/or other appropriate sanctions. Unacceptable Conduct may also lead to criminal charges. Reference should be made to the SPFL Rules regarding Unacceptable Conduct.
