Aberdeen Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Michael Devlin on a three and a half year contract.
The 24 year old central defender, who spent 18 months at the Pittodrie as a teenager, joins the Club for an undisclosed fee having played almost 150 games for Hamilton Academical, captaining the side on many occasions.
Michael will continue his rehabilitation from injury under the supervision of the Pittodrie medical staff and hopes to be playing again within a couple of months.
Commenting on the move, Michael said, “Derek McInnes didn’t have to sell the club to me. As soon as I heard of Aberdeen’s interest I couldn’t wait to join the Dons to hopefully win trophies and play regular European football.”
