Dominic Ball joins The Dons on loan

01 September 2017

The club late this evening completed the loan signing of Dominic Ball from Rotherham United.

The central defender has agreed a year long deal.

In 2016 Dominic joined Championship side Rotherham on a three-year deal from Tottenham Hotspur after five years at White Hart Lane. Prior to that Ball spent a season on loan in Scotland at Rangers when the Glasgow side were in the Ladbrokes Championship. He has also had a loan spell with Cambridge United in 2015 and with Peterborough United last season.

The 22-year-old, who can also play at full back or in a holding midfield role, has been capped by England at U20 level after representing Northern Ireland at various youth levels.

Everyone welcomes Dominic to Pittodrie and wishes him all the best during his stay at the club.
