Danny Rogers joins Dumbarton on loan

01 August 2014

Aberdeen keeper Danny Rogers has joined Dumbarton on a six-month loan deal. The stopper will stay with the Sons until the 5th January.

The 20-year old Irishman, who has been capped at under-19 level by the Republic of Ireland, spent time loan at Airdrie during last season.

Dumbarton, who pushed the Dons very hard last season in the Scottish Cup, are in action tomorrow against Brechin City at Glebe Park in the League Cup 1st Round and Danny will go straight into the squad.

Everyone at Pittodrie wishes Danny well during his loan spell.
