AFCCT is the independent partner charity of Aberdeen Football Club and, together with the ‘hook’ of
football, utilises the Club’s high profile, brand and connections to enhance the delivery of the trust’s
charitable objectives to benefit local communities and positively influence others.

We have a vacancy for Ad hoc Education & Communities Officers. As part of the Education Team, the
successful candidates will be offered ad hoc hours to deliver a number of programmes in our Secondary
& Primary Partner Schools across both city and shire. The Education & Communities Officer will lead
Education and Youth Work interventions at designated school(s), in partnership with Local Authorities
and relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidates will also be offered ad hoc hours to deliver non-term time activities by
supporting holiday programmes providing extra support to young people in the community.

We welcome applicants from a variety of skillsets and career paths. Applicants should ideally have
relevant knowledge and experience of working within an Education / Youth Work / Community
Development setting.
